Christy Parker, M.A. Exercise Science
Christy specializes in Performance Training with a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Sonoma State University.
Her training focuses on movement skills, body mechanics, agility and injury prehabilitation.
She uses a scientific background to identify the optimal functioning of the human body's
muscular and skeletal systems training for movement coordination, increased core strength, balance and functionality.
